Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Program (MBSR)

This is the basic Mindfulness program for all students interested in exploring how to live more fully and deeply amidst the challenges of everyday life.  It is for anyone living with the stress of illness, injury or pain, anyone working with anxiety or depression, and anyone who is interested in deepening awareness of life. The program focuses on the basics of meditation and its connections to mind-body medicine.

The Introductory Session is free. Get a taste of what the program is about, and what you can expect to learn by taking the 8 week program. 

I generally teach the afternoon sessions from 3:00 to 5:30, and my colleagues, Bob Stahl and Jan Landry, teach the evening sessions, 7:00 to 9:30.  

COST:           $350 ($250 for returning alumni) plus $25 for materials
