Stress Reduction Programs

This is the program for beginners to Mindfulness Meditation practice and for returning students who want to refresh mindfulness skills. The zoom sessions will offer formal and informal practices, with the goal of learning how to integrate mindfulness into daily life. Skills to build steadiness, attention, resilience and compassion will be offered, which help strengthen the capacity to live with stress, uncertainty, fatigue, concern, fatigue related to pandemic times.
An optional daylong is offered as well. I will co-teach this program with my colleague and dear friend Jan Landry.
